Start your day at Hotel Monte Pirastru with a delicious and authentic breakfast. Our buffet offers a variety of fresh and local products: from fragrant freshly baked pasta to typical Sardinian cheeses and cured meats.
The menu, the result of years of experience and culinary research, offers traditional Sardinian delicacies enriched with innovative touches. Among the main dishes, Panafittas stands out, an ancient typical dish of Nughedu: flatbreads soaked in a sheep broth and seasoned with meat and tomato sauce, garnished with fresh and mature cheese, a lively mix of flavours and colours.
The offering continues with appetisers from the land which accentuate fine meats and local cheeses, and particular attention is paid to the flavours of the sea with the octopus and potato salad. The first courses range from traditional inland recipes, such as Sardinian gnocchi, to the pleasures of the coasts with spaghetti alla bottarga, to name just a few of the numerous dishes on the menu.
For the second courses, you can enjoy red meats with rich flavours, paired with fine wines that enhance their intensity, or refined fish courses, also accompanied by the best wines which we have carefully selected.
