The menu has been refined combining the traditional Sardinian cuisine with elements acquired over years of experience and research in the field.
One of our specialties is the panafittas, an ancient dish from the village of Nughedu: it consists of spianate dipped in sheep broth served with tomato meat sauce and sprinkled with fresh or seasoned cheese: a surprising combination of color and taste.
In our starting tagliere you will find only precious meat and Sardinian cheese, but the menu does not neglect sea food, with the octopus and potatoes salad.
The first plates range from the traditional inland dishes, like the typical gnocchetti, to the aromas of the coast, with the spaghetti alla bottarga.
There’s also a large offer of second plates, combining the strong taste of the red meat with precious wines enhancing the intensity of its flavor, or sapiently matching the delicate fish dishes with the best white wines available.
For the pizza lovers, the selection is very large, with the unmistakable flavor of the wood-fired oven and the possibility of take-away.
